We're seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own paid social as a core growth engine for HoneyBook. You'll take ownership of high-budgets, full-funnel campaigns, shape testing frameworks and push the channel mix into new territory.
A few of the things you will do:
Own the strategy, budget allocation, and day-to-day management of large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other emerging channels - balancing brand awareness and performance objectives, and making the call on where and how to invest to hit pipeline and revenue targets.
Use creative and conversion data to identify and reach high-value audiences, and continuously optimize performance across the funnel.
Lead testing roadmaps — audience, creative, bidding, and platform-level experiments — and translate results into scalable strategy.
Partner closely with Creative, Lifecycle, Brand, and cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Finance) to plan and execute high-impact, integrated campaigns.
Measure, track, and document all test results, brand lift studies, and critical insights; build the measurement frameworks that connect spend to business outcomes.
Create and present clear, actionable reports and recommendations to marketing leadership, using data analysis and visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
Stay ahead of platform changes, betas, and emerging channels, and bring point-of-view on where HoneyBook should test next.
Act as a senior voice on the team — sharing best practices, raising the bar on channel expertise, and mentoring more junior team members as the team grows.
What we're looking for in a candidate
Analytical thinking— a healthy data obsession is required to work in this role given the amount of data at our fingertips. You'll need to analyze performance at a granular level, diagnose issues quickly, and identify new opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns.
Creative thinking— guided by data, you'll partner with the Creative team to iterate on high-performing ads, develop new testing frameworks, and push creative strategy forward.
Strategic ownership— you don't just execute campaigns, you own outcomes. You can zoom out to set channel strategy and zoom in to catch the details that make or break performance.
Inquisitive— you challenge the status quo, constantly look for new tactics within existing channels to drive performance, and stay on top of new digital media opportunities and emerging platforms.
What's needed:
5+ years of professional experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with significant budgets at a global subscription-based or SaaS company, including hands-on, senior-level ownership of Meta and YouTube.
Proven experience managing campaigns across TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or Reddit; experience testing and scaling emerging platforms is a strong plus.
Extensive experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and conversion rate optimization.
A track record of building and running structured testing frameworks (creative, audience, bidding) and translating results into strategy.
Sharp attention to detail across all aspects of campaign management, from setup to reporting.
Strong command of marketing analytics platforms and marketing technology (attribution tools, ad platform reporting, BI tools).
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and day-to-day execution.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy owning ambiguous, high-impact problems.
