Why join us?
We're a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. Every permanent team member gets equity, so when we grow, you do too. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership. Big tech impact, without the big tech ick.
The Role
The Global Partner Enablement Lead is a pivotal role dedicated to the success of the SafetyCulture Forge Partner Program. You will be responsible for building and scaling the engine that powers our partner ecosystem, ensuring every partner has the knowledge, tools, and support they need to deliver real operational impact for our global customer base. You will lead the end-to-end enablement journey, from initial onboarding to long-term activation.
This is a highly cross-functional role requiring tight collaboration between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to create a seamless experience for our partners. Your goal is to turn new recruits into high-performing Forge Partners who can independently demo, sell, and deploy the SafetyCulture platform.
This role requires a rare blend of instructional design, commercial strategy, and technical aptitude. You aren't just delivering training; you are building a scalable program that certifies partner expertise and accelerates their time-to-first-deal. If you thrive on coaching others and building world-class enablement programs from the ground up, we want to hear from you.
How you will spend your time
Design and own the global enablement strategy for the SafetyCulture Forge Partner Program, ensuring new partners and their team members are rapidly integrated into the ecosystem.
Develop comprehensive product, GTM, and technical enablement paths that provide partners with a deep understanding of our tools, internal systems, and sales methodologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure enablement content is aligned with our global strategy and product roadmap.
Establish a certification framework to assess individual skills and capabilities, ensuring partners maintain high standards of quality and technical proficiency.
Lead high-impact coaching and training sessions for partner principals and technical leads, acting as the primary subject matter expert for partner success.
Drive partner activation by tracking progress through the enablement funnel and intervening with targeted support to unblock stalled partners.
Create and maintain a centralized library of partner enablement assets, including playbooks, demo guides, and onboarding templates.
Collaborate with the partner account team to evaluate prospective partners —assessing technical maturity, delivery capability, and readiness to build a SafetyCulture practice.
Feed partner and market insight back to Product and Engineering, and build reusable partner-facing assets like technical playbooks, integration guides, onboarding templates, and demo environments.
