- Help coordinate influencer travel, accommodations, and event-day itineraries in partnership with the events and operations teams
- Support event activations from pre-production through wrap, ensuring creator experience is smooth and on-brand
- Assist in capturing content moments and documentation at events for post-event recaps and learnings
Relationship Management
- Act as a day-to-day contact for a defined roster of creators and their management teams, building trust and maintaining positive ongoing relationships
- Track creator deliverables, communicate deadlines, and follow up to keep partnerships on schedule
- Help onboard new influencers into the program — sending contracts, answering questions, and walking partners through the process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the influencer CRM, including contact info, campaign history, and relationship notes
- Monitor creator content, community sentiment, and platform activity to surface relevant updates to the team
You have:
- 3-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, talent management, social media, or a closely related field
- A genuine understanding of the creator landscape — you follow creators, know the platforms, and can speak fluently about content trends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball
You are:
- Clear, professional communicator — comfortable drafting emails to creators and their reps, and working cross-functionally with internal teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift and no two days look the same
- Detail-oriented and proactive — you spot what needs to happen next and take initiative to make it happen
