What is The Role

This role focuses on driving business intelligence and performance optimization across regional marketing initiatives by leveraging existing enterprise data products and reports developed by our core internal team. Rather than building new reporting infrastructure, this individual will serve as the expert user of established dashboards—analyzing results, diagnosing anomalies, and translating existing data into strategic insights. This position partners closely with regional marketing leaders to review performance and conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses that support marketing effectiveness, campaign ROI, and strategic decision-making.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze global and regional marketing results using existing core dashboards and reports to identify underlying performance trends, growth drivers, and shifting data patterns.
  • Conduct ad-hoc deep-dive analyses using established data products to independently diagnose performance anomalies, tracking down the root causes of unexpected traffic spikes or pipeline drops.
  • Partner directly with regional marketing teams to build deep local business context, scope analytical requests, and translate standard dashboard data into actionable performance insights.
  • Synthesize complex datasets from existing reports into clear summaries, providing regional leadership with strategic recommendations rather than just surface-level data tracking.
  • Bridge the gap between data and strategy by proactively guiding cross-functional marketing partners on how to interpret existing dashboards to inform daily budget and campaign decisions.
  • Act as the expert user and champion of core reporting tools, funneling regional user requirements and data gaps back to the core internal dashboard-development team.
  • Audit regional performance metrics to ensure lead flow metrics, multi-touch attribution models, and conversion velocity data are accurately interpreted by stakeholders.
  • Communicate performance findings and diagnostic insights clearly to stakeholders across varying levels of technical and business fluency.

What You Bring

  • Solid business acumen with a deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead lifecycles, and pipeline mechanics.
  • Collaborative communication style with the confidence to facilitate stakeholder meetings, ask critical probing questions, and constructively challenge business assumptions.
  • Advanced diagnostic outlook with a proven ability to interpret patterns or anomalies in existing reports and form testable hypotheses.
  • Proactive and self-motivated problem-solver comfortable navigating ambiguous business requests and evolving regional execution models.
  • Data storytelling capability with a track record of translating analytical charts into simple, high-impact business narratives.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, strategy consulting, or a highly analytical marketing operations role.
  • Proficient in dashboard interpretation skills, with deep experience navigating and extracting insights from enterprise BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
  • Analytical skills including intermediate Excel/Google Sheets proficiency to manipulate, pivot, and model data extracted from existing reporting systems.
  • Hands-on experience navigating data models and pulling native reports within CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and major marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred).
